About Our Team
As former Emergency Managers with FEMA, our small but growing team oversee the administration of FEMA disaster grant programs from post-award to closing by ensuring compliance with federal regulations like CFR Title 44 and the Stafford Act.
As part of our duties includes performing cost analyses, validating competitive pricing, and verifying proper procurement procedures. We also manage and review multi-year grant agreements and modifications, aligning funding with disaster-specific budget plans.
As professionals, we audit grant eligibility and documentation, including grantee credentials, and responsible for oversee monthly spend plan reporting (particularly for high-value projects over $1 million) to ensure alignment with the Disaster Relief Fund and provide accurate data for Congressional reports.
